Community Heath Needs

Borough residents are encouraged to complete the RWJBarnabas Health’s 2021 Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA) resident survey. The CHNA survey gives us comprehensive information and data to develop strategies and a plan to improve the health needs of our local communities.

All responses are kept anonymous and confidential. Your feedback will provide insights that will influence future health care programs and services for your community..

The survey takes about 10 minutes; it’s an anonymous and confidential questionnaire (English, Chinese, Portuguese, Spanish or Arabic).
