BOROUGH OF MIDDLESEX RESIDENTS
Annual Dog/Cat License Renewal Applications for 2024 have been sent out via email to all pet owners who have supplied the Borough with a valid email address. If you did not receive a renewal notice, you may apply by clicking on the link(s) below.
Payment must be received before a license can be issued.
Proof of updated rabies vaccination required if new rabies vaccination was recently administered or if this is a new registration. Rabies vaccination cannot expire prior to November 1, 2024.
Payment must be received no later than February 28th in order to avoid a $10 late fee.
