Mission Statement
The mission of the Middlesex Environmental Commission is to provide leadership and vision by advising the Borough of Middlesex on actions and policies of conservation and sustainability, including preservation and enhancement of the quality of Middlesex’s environment and natural resources, as well as the health and well-being of its residents and businesses. Through education and outreach, we will encourage the citizens to incorporate environmentally responsible practices into their homes, properties and daily lives. We will strive to improve the health of the land and the surrounding waters, and minimize any potential harm to the environment.
