Our Mission
The Middlesex Borough Board of Health mission is to protect and improve the well being of our residents through the prevention and control of disease, health promotion and education, and environmental protection.
The Middlesex Board of Health contracts for public health services with the Somerset County Health Department. The Board of Health works with the Somerset County Health Department to provide a full array of public and environmental health services, including food inspections, public health nuisance investigations, control of communicable disease and limited healthcare services to improve the health of the public.
