The State of New Jersey is currently issuing 2019 ANCHOR benefits and will continue to distribute payments through the month of May.

The ANCHOR program replaces the Homestead Benefit program and expands the amount of property tax relief.

Property owners will be receiving a letter from Professional Property Appraisers Inc. regarding the 2023 total assessment.

The current 2022 FINAL/2023 PRELIMINARY tax bill does not reflect any revaluation.

The grace period date is May 10 at 4:00 pm.
