NOW HIRING: Part-Time Administrative Assistant - Clerk's Department

The Borough of Middlesex is currently seeking applicants for the part-time Administrative Assistant Position in the Clerk’s Department for 25 hours per week. The desired candidate for the position will report directly to the Municipal Clerk and must have excellent written and effective communication skills with attentiveness to detail and the ability to provide exceptional customer service.

Also, the candidate must be able to perform duties assigned by the Municipal Clerk including, but not limited to, interacting with the public, Processing Vehicle Registrations/Titles/Insurance Cards, handle Insurance Claims, OSHA Reporting, processing OPRA requests, and issuing various licenses in the Clerk’s Department.
